ReadiSorb Methyl B12 Spray
Vitamin B12 is a label for a group of compounds known as cobalamins. The most common form of vitamin B12 is called cyanocobalamin.
Cobalamin functions as a source of a methyl group (a carbon molecule) for a very important biochemical cycle known as the methylation cycle. In order to do this, cobalamins must be converted to the methyl donating form called methylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is the “active” form of cobalamins.
One spray has 500 mcg of methylcobalamin.

Ingredients
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)
Stevia – A natural sweetener with an insignificant effect on blood glucose levels.
Purified Water
Lecithin – The liposomes in ReadiSorb MethylB12 Spray are derived from lecithin. The lecithin is derived from oil, not protein, extracted from soy. Soy allergens, if present in lecithin, would be found in the protein fraction. The possibility of allergic reaction to this product is low.
Glycerin - Also known as glycerol, glycerin is used as a sweetener and as a preservative. Glycerol is a normal product of fat metabolism and is readily converted to glucose for metabolism. Glycerin supports the stability of the liposomes and allows for the extended shelf life.
Natural Cherry Flavor - No MSG
Citric Acid - Citric acid is used as a flavoring and preservative.
Potassium Sorbate – A natural material used as a preservative to prevent yeast and mold growth. It is a form of sorbic acid, a naturally occurring fatty acid which is easily metabolized in the body. Potassium sorbate is used to preserve wine, baked goods and cheese.
Directions for use: Shake, spray under tongue or on inside of cheek. Hold for 20 seconds and swallow.
